In the interests of safety & comfort for all:

There is a maximum speed of 5mph, this is strictly enforced.

5mph speed bumps are on site for your safety.

We strictly enforce a 3 metre fire break between each pitch. This is to be kept clear at all times.

All electric hook up leads are to be completely uncoiled whilst in use.

No electric heaters in awnings, charges will be payable.

Please note full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Any modifications to bookings are subject to a £15 admin fee.

Please note we do not accept group bookings that exceed 2 pitches without prior approval.


Minimum 3 night stay throughout July & August

All visitors must report to reception on arrival.

Arrivals after dusk/ 8pm will not be allowed onto their pitch. We do have a designated waiting area on the park, advise if required. Check in will be from 11am.

Friendly dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times & exercised off the caravan park. Maps are provided at reception. Any fouling on the park must be picked up immediately and placed in the bins provided. Maximum of 2 dogs per family/group during school holidays. Any breed of dog on the Dangerous Dogs Act will not be accepted for the peace of mind of the other guests; Pitbull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro or similar breeds etc.

No tents wider than 7 metres to ensure plenty of space between all units.

Gazebo, event & tarp shelters are chargeable. Please advise size at time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse erection if prior agreement has not been sort. In this case no refund will be given.

Apart from groundsheets that form a integral part of the tent ALL additional groundsheets must be breathable. No plastic sheeting to be put under tents and no rugs on top of the groundsheet

Where possible, we will try and accommodate specific pitch location requests, but we reserve the right to re-allocate if necessary.

No vehicular movement on site between 11pm-7.30am

Barbecues are allowed but must not be allowed to burn the grass. Concrete blocks are available upon request. Only OUR fire pits are permitted which can be hired and only logs, kindling purchased from the site shop can be used. Persons damaging the grass will be charged £20 for any repairs. Any lit fire/BBQ etc must not be left unattended, fire bucket with water must be within reach for safety and to extinguish after use. Ashes must be disposed of safely please ask at reception.

No Chinese lanterns or similar are allowed on site.

No riding bicycles or scooters in the dark without lights

All ball games are to be played on the sports field.

Parents are asked to ensure that their children do not play in and around the toilet block area or other people’s units.

YOUR children are YOUR responsibility at all times whilst on the park and must be supervised. There are to be no children on the sports field or play area after dusk/10pm or before 8am. Use of our play equipment is at your own risk.

We are a countryside park with a strict NO TREE CLIMBING policy.

Any cancellations must be covered by customers own insurance policy.

NO COMPLAINT will be considered AFTER a visitor has left the park. Any problems should be reported to reception as soon as possible in order to give the management the opportunity to resolve them. The management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or injury, where ever, how so ever caused or sustained.

Anyone who does not comply with the terms & conditions set out above will be asked to leave the park without any refund.
