In the interests of safety & comfort for all: THERE IS A MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT OF 5 MPH, THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. 5mph speed bumps are on site for your safety. We strictly enforce a 3 metre fire break between each pitch. This is to be kept clear at all times. All electric hook up leads are to be uncoiled whilst in use. Please note full payment is required at time of booking and is non-refundable. Any modifications to bookings are subject to a £10 admin fee. Please note we do not accept group bookings that exceed 2 pitches without prior approval. Pitches available from 11am onwards & must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. All visitors must report to reception on arrival. No arrivals after 9pm will be allowed onto their pitches (unless by prior arrangement). We do have a designated late arrival area on the park. Friendly dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times & exercised off the caravan park. Maps are available at reception. Any fouling on the park must be picked up immediately and placed in the bins provided. Maximum of 2 dogs during school holidays. Any breed of dog on the Dangerous Dogs Act will not be accepted for the peace of mind of the other guests; Pitbull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro or similar breeds etc. No tents bigger than 7 metres wide to ensure plenty of space between all units. Apart from groundsheets which form an integral part of the tent ALL additional groundsheets must be breathable. NO PLASTIC SHEETING TO BE PUT UNDER TENTS. Where possible, we will try and accommodate specific location requests, but we reserve the right to re-allocate pitches if necessary. No vehicular movement on site between 11.00pm -7.30am Barbecues are allowed but must not burn the grass, concrete blocks are available upon request. Fire pits are available to hire and only logs/kindling purchased from the site shop can be used. Persons damaging the grass will be charged £10 towards repair. Any lit fire/ BBQ etc must not be left unattended whilst alight and extinguished directly after use. Ashes must be disposed of safely, please ask at reception. No Chinese lanterns or similar are allowed on site. No riding bicycles or scooters in the dark without lights. All ball games are to be played on the sports field. Parents are asked to ensure that their children do not play in and around the toilet block area or other people's units. Your children are your responsibility at all times whilst on the park, sports field and play area. Use of our equipment is at your own risk. Children are to be supervised at all times. We are a countryside park with a strict NO TREE CLIMBING policy NO COMPLAINT will be considered AFTER the visitor has left the park. Any problems should be reported to reception as soon as possible in order to give the management the opportunity to resolve any issues. The management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or injury, where ever, how so ever caused or sustained. Any cancellations must be covered by your own insurance. Anyone who does not comply with the terms & conditions set out above will be asked to leave the park immediately without any refund.
